Executive Coaching: i.e., on personal and organizational changes and the associated challenges, new roles, tasks or management positions, individual strengths and potential, decision-making, overload and prioritization, and conflict resolution with coworkers and management.
Storytelling for organizational development: the stories we tell ourselves and others shape the outcomes we create. Changing these stories changes the future. I manage internal communication, including aligning to overall strategy, enrolling stakeholders, planning requirements, creating content, tracking performance, and overall outcome.
